Sending AT Commands to client GSM modem via ASPX (updated)

Project Description:

We wanted to revise the project for being more clear;

We are looking for the ASPX codes to retrieve the IMEI of the mobile phone which is connected to the client PC.
There is a way to do it by using a COM port DLL as an ActiveX;

- Every mobile phone is also a GSM modem,
- The user will install the drivers before connecting the phone to the cilent PC, so the mobile phone will be recognized as a modem, (this part is not included),
- The client should be asked to install the ActiveX via Internet Explorer (which is the DLL to access the COM ports of the client PC),
- The web page(server side) sends AT commands to the COM port where the phone is connected (ATI1, ATI2, etc),
- Client GSM phone replies to AT commands with the help of ActiveX and the client sends the data to server side via Internet Explorer.

We already tried it, but the DLL that we found is not responding every time. Sometimes we can retrieve the IMEI, sometimes not. So please try yourself first for the consistency of the DLL/ActiveX. It should work on 32bit IE in XP/Vista/Win7 both 32/64bit versions.

We also need the source codes of ActiveX and ASPX, because we need to improve the project afterwards due to future needs.

I also attached our non-stable project for your practice, including ASPX codes and the DLL.

We want to test your project from the "stability" point of view, before the confirmation of the payment.
