Fix a Asterisk Problem - Bad Voice Quality

Project Description:
Dear Freelancers,we have an Asterisk server to be configured for media encryption.
We have installed FreePBX on Virtual PC and completed configuration for SRTP.
It works, but it has too bad voice quality even when both ends are on a good bandwidth.
We are not sure, but think the directmedia mode (direct RTP) might be a solution.
We tried directmedia mode and it doesn't work in encryption mode when we think SRTP + directmedia.
Any solution can be accepted if it improves the voice quality and video quality in encryption mode.
You must have much experience in Asterisk and FreePBX configuration and administration in Linux.
