Project Description:

We are currently seeking a Roku Developer who will help us create a simple channel that will provide the ability to serve our Videos/Content with Advertising from our Hosting Provider. We envision using MRSS possibly but are open to suggestions. We have a large library of content and are capable of encoding and uploading to our hosting provider, but need a developer to work with us on coding the Roku Channel. We'll create and provide the graphics and media elements. You provide the programming expertise.

The Basic Channel configuration will allow for VOD, show thumbnails of each episode, and allow us the ability to update as needed.

The channel must have the ability to integrate Advertising.

Excellent communication skils are required. The successful candidate will be considered for ongoing Roku Channel Development Projects.

Developer will assist in troubleshooting the functionality and debugging of the Roku Channel.

Developer will also assist in providing guidance on how to replace and modify specific graphic elements within the Roku Channel project so that we may update the Channel in the future (i.e, replace buttons, replace movie files, replace screens, replace background elements, replace menu buttons, etc.)

Developer must have prior experience developing in Brightscript.
