USB Host Drivers for Au1550 MIPS Micro on QNX 6.3.0 SP1

Project Description:

We are looking for someone who can help us develop USB host drivers for Alchemy Au1550 MIPS32 microprocessor running on QNX 6.3.1 with SP1. There are two USB host drivers we need. The first one is for serial communication with a wireless modem and the other is for mass storage on a USB Flash key. The first one is of higher priority.

Please note that the USB host drivers that come with QNX 6.3.0 do not really work with MIPS32 processor (and we have not tested those with x86 platform). When we plug in a Flash key, the best we could get was some kind of ID information from the Flash key and it stopped. We have not done any testing with the wireless modem, UC864-G from Telit.

We are looking for someone who has experience in driver software development for QNX. Please help. Thank you.
