Animated storybook for tablet

Dear Client: I am an illustrator and graphic artist. I have been working professionally since 1997 with publishing, advertising and animation companies in Spain, Italy and UK. I´m based now in London. I´ve recently worked with Ogilvy interactive (iPad picture books), Helbling Languages, UNICEF, McSaatchi and Spot Post Animation, developing illustrations, animations, storyboards, character design and props. I have just finished a children book for iPad with similar characteristics to yours so I am familiar with the process. I have also published some children picture books, like The Sun is Broken (to be print in April) written by the awarded cuban author Andres Pi Andreu. Here is my bid detailed: - To establish visual style of scene and characters (likely result in 3-4 rounds of iteration) - build / layout ONE scene (farmers field) - illustrate 6 characters (farm animals) - build animation plan for each character (likely in 3-4 positions each). For all elements, we'd start with sketches and move to higher fidelity versions (3-4 rounds of iteration). Final assets should be delivered as vector graphics (AI). - Each character will show the different stages of animation in layers (ie. giraffe with open eyes in one layer, with eyes closed in another one). On the template scene would be different layers for objets, backgrounds and characters. Characters with arms, legs, etc... in layers too so they can be animated properly.
