Gmap with Location With Zip Lookup

Project Description:

We need a map developed that is based on gmap that does the following:

1) Datasource comes from a xml source (title, address, city, state, zipcode, category{category 1, category 2 etc}, hours of operation, contact info, image)
2) Location Support for mobile browsers
3) Zip code lookup with radius distance support
4) Popup dialog with tabs for - information and direction. With ability to print directions, should work on mobile devices.
5) Unique pin other than the google default the location
6) Sort/Filter locations by their category.

Experience using the gmap api is required. Please show some of you're work.
