Project ID:

Project Type:
Fixed
Budget:
$30-$250 USD
(Approx. $232-$1942 HKD)
Project Description:
I need a database similar to OS Ticket database, but I need it to be more detailed and more customized to fit a computer repair company. I like the format of the database already (OS Ticket) it is opensource currently and someone with the skills can probably format it to fit better. I need it to have a spot where I can input how the customer heard about us, and all of the information on the attached form. If you download the opensource for OS Ticket you will see that the customer is also able to create their own tickets and check on the status. I use QuickBooks Plus online to bill customers but I would like to encorporate a way to keep track if the customer has paid or not in the ticket database. It needs to fill in both of the attached forms automatically. This form will be used when a customer requires PC repair. The salesperson will fill out all the information on the screen and then print two copies. One signed and kept and the other copy goes to the customer. Please note the work order number must increase automatically and the date must also be automatically inserted from system date and time But these fields must also be editable. The fields must include an area for serial number up to 80 characters and requires all fields. I also require a field to allow price/hour and for it to automatically calculate taxes for an estimate. This will not be used to issue an invoice just a quote. I require to be able to edit fields easily encase tax amount change or field description change. I have multiple departments and provide Game Console Repairs, Phone repairs, etc. So I need to be able to add more services we offer. I need to be able to allow employees to access the system and have so that they can see the departments I assign them to, some employees need to be assigned to multiple departments.

Actually I didn't want it to communicate with Quickbooks, I Just needed like a way to mark it as paid and input some reference about the payment. I don't need it to interact. However I am not sure if the current database is php or not. I haven't had the chance to actually check. I am extremely
busy which is why I posted this on here rather than attempting it my self.
