Thanks for looking at my project. I am getting bids from four places:

So Id appreciate your best price on the following terms.

For Non freelancer programmers I agree to place the full funds in escrow with a local lawyer so you know the funds are available and can be released to you the moment I receive delivery of the completed app ready for upload to the app store.

I do not want to make partial payments. I want a locked deadline for delivery. A deadline that if exceeded will nullify the agreement and allow me to use someone else. This is important as time is of the essence with this project. So please don’t promise a date you cant keep.

The project has an ongoing element as I plan to use it as a platform for a long string of communications based technology.

NOW TO THE APP
The app is an imap mail client that allows users to reply to emails with voice recordings. It also allows you to make new voice recordings and send them quickly as attachments to an email message.

I am happy for you to use an open source email client like remail

The video uses Apple iphone mail client as the basis for the screen sequences.

It is possible for me to do a version of the video to show how a basic compile of remail could be used as the basis of the app but only if it is really necessary.
