I have have had 4 freelance companys working on my site all 4 could not finish it. i am looking for someone that can look at my site and give me a 100% intell it is finished. I pay like clock work. Dispatch-ur-autos is the name of the site. If you are a 100% sure that you can finish this site, then bid on it. But If you have in dought. Please do not bid . I need it finished in 2 weeks. with API in it and all fixs. and screenshot demos on how it works.1. Fix code functions
2.Check the entire site for function/ malfunction
3. Fix Spelling errors, Grammar

You may be unlucky to find any reliable developer for this site. I have had a look on your site and realized that its nothing that complicated which should be hard to code. Actually your application is Object oriented coded so the junior/mid level developers sometime don't have the clear concepts.
Further i would like to suggest you to put little time to find out the remaining issues so that you may get the realistic bid, rather than blind bids. I am ready to put my time with you to sort out the issues need to be addressed.
At present everything seems clear except Add Api / Account payable interface.
