LCR and failover trunks for Asterisk

Project Description:
We are looking to integrate and LCR and failover routing to our actual pool of asterisk and a2billings servers. The goal is to send all calls to this LCR system, so it can determine what is the best trunk to use in real time. By default it will pick the best price, but also we will need to definy quality values per destination of trunk, like ACD, ASR, PDD. So in the case the cheaper trunks doesnt have the needed quality values, the call has to be routed to the next trunk configure by price and that has the correct quality values.The software can be something like Astpp, but we will not need calling cards or bill users, as we have this already working with a2billing.
