There is free open source bluetooth marketing software i would like to make changes to. find below link to download open source software. you dont have to use this one but it is there if needed.

the following function will need to be added to the open source software.
-my company logo
-a pre loader on end user desktop that shows status...antenna,campaign,transmitting,internet connection.
-the end user will only need to download the program and connect the bluetooth antenna,
-generate a end user location by logging mac address,ip address and email address
-program will only run campaigns generated from my site.
-the program will need to connect to 3 data bases on my server ever 24 hours. 1 data base for campaigns and 1 data base for statistics 1 locations
