I need the a simple website built in Codeigniter, with the following functionality:

- a simple main page with links to about, contact, a news blog, subscription to a mailing list (functionality needed for opt-out) and quite some categories
- the central window contains "blog like" - posts as does the news blog and the category pages
- the blog pages are to be filled automaticly OR manually - you don't have to do the filling, but you have to code the framework in such a way that i can easily add posts automaticly and manually; the content of these posts is to be stored as real files so not in the database
- on adding of posts the sitemap should be updated and relevant search engines should be informed - ALL posts should be indexed
- support for multiple languages needed
- support for geolocation in basic form needed -> users that hit the homepage should get the language based on their origin

I have a PSD file with the design. You will need to convert this into the website layout and css style sheet.
