Project Description:

Require virtualSoftware to maintain academic project and articles records.
I want to develop a virtual software that is available on my website worldwide,just writers sign up or if admin allow then it will become a member of my team. I want you to avoid record duplication done by writers at month end. I want if project is posted then all requirements should be on Description board or my all writers receive my project email and place bid but no one can see any other writer bid but rating of each member/username will be visible or there should be (fire sign for rejected ) (yellow for in checking process )(Green for pass and Blue for paid)
There should be timings,date,time,year on data base when project launch or it should be remain on record and when writer want to see his/her all previous payments then he can check each and every project payment in his account best example is a (freelancer payment history as a example). I want every person can see new member user name and total number of employees in a firm as he or she approved as a writer. I need this virtual software with in a week and I want this on reasonable price. Plus I have no sign up button on website so you should know how to create a signup button and it should work.
