Project Description:
I have a large dataset of wind-speeds.Each data point corresponds to a latitude, longitude(The granularity would be 1 minute). i.e with change in latitude and longitude by 1 minute..the wind speed value changes.
Your major task would be to overlay a grid onto a google map, and color each square formed by the grid with a particular color.
We have a color to windspeed mapping.
I should be able to zoom in and zoom out and have my data still visible.
Skills required:
Cartography & Maps, Google Earth, Javascript, MySQL, PHP
