i need wordpress developer that can create plugin out of existing code i had someone did, that create minisite from custom posts.
developer asked to be professional, serious and honest person.

what i have is:

that is wordpress site (WP admin is in Hebrew, but that no need to worry cos anyway all custom post admin is 99% in English, and i can translate all you need, for rest 1% if need)
just remember that as its Hebrew enabled, you need to make code utf8 coded

this existing code have wordpress with custom post that each post is minisite, for example:

in admin side, each tab has separate editor (12 tabs available) and 2 more editors for header and footer.
also i have all kind of features, like i can set template for each post, i can set margin, minisite width, and more.
that's what i have.

what i need is:

1. set admin look as tabs, and not as editors as one long list (see attached sample )
2. make sure that all plugins will be available for all custom post editors, now some plugins work only on first editor, like nextgen gallery and "visual composer" when it should be available for all tabs.
3. make new gallery look images and videos, that will run them with or without ken burns effect (as option) and it should look like that

4. set option that all template that i create in custom post, will be stored in one "bank" and will be available as a list to all users (with my control)
5. install this plugin http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wordpress-mu-domain-mapping/ and let me map for example this post http://viewpano.com/general/ezmap/ to domain like www.new-domain.com/ezmap/
and all tabs will be seen in URL, like that www.new-domain.com/general/ezmap/?page=3
6. make a landing page with some minisite samples, let user chose template, and move on to be registered user to this wordpress, and as registration complete user will have 30 days free of his minisite, after that me (admin) will let/not let him continue use system (auto process)
7. make all (1-6 above) be a plugin that can be install on any wordpress 3.0 and above.

developer can choose to do all from scratch, or use my existing code that do 80% of above and just do fixing as i described, i do not pay extra for it, since i already have it working, so its developer to chose.
