I need a ms access based system linked to a mobile web app for tracking transactions by a service company.
This is a satellite installation company with technicians working in the field with smartphones linked to this web app which updates and displays information for their work orders directly linked to an ms access based ( or similar if you can make totally web based with same forms and functionality) admin panel. We need to track everything dynamically to easily edit items and quantities. Their is several payroll options for each level of tech and many many items for sales, equipment, consumables, on hand in their warehouse and in each tech truck. The app will process each work order and follow payment and equipment thru from warehouse to tech truck to customer account. All transaction need to be permanently stored for easy lookup by item characteristics. There will be pic upload required from the mobile version , which only will work on android devices. You will need strong accounting and database skills to Set this up properly but will be relatively easy otherwise for an experienced programmer. The reports for admin will show several accounting totals for payroll and equipments used based on date and type.

Special consideration will go to an applicant that can:

There will be an excel file upload aswell which will grab data and organize it to distribute work orders to each tech fir the day and have a way to easily reasign and graphically show it on a map based on postal code.

This job will need to be your full time project and will need daily updates or I will think you are struggling and need to find another party to complete the job. I'm offering high pay for performance and reliability. I must see it working full on your server befor. Any milestones. Several peopl have made failed attempts in the $500 range and I'm now boosting to 750 -1500 range to finally get this done please.
