I would like to have someone who can move the WordPress site www.voeten-werk/wordpress to www.voeten-werk/. The current site on the domain is obsolete and can be removed (after backup). The site in the subdomain Wordpress will be the new one for the domain www.voeten-werk.nlLogin information ect will be in the further communication

I have been using Wordpress for a long time and can complete this task for you. First, the website will need to be backed up and a copy of the database taken also, these can both be done by FTP. Once this has been completed, the files can be copied to the top level domain on your web server and the database entries amended to reflect the change. Before deleting the subdomain files the folder can be renamed to prove that all data is being accessed via the top level domain. If this fails then the folder can simply be renamed and the databse repointed to the old directory so any troubleshooting can be carried out without losing visibility of the website for users.
