Vbulletin, Brute Force Detection and AdminCP Move

Project Description:

I would firstly like my Admincp folder to be renamed and of course all files, folders and database edited to support this change.

Also i would like an email to be sent to administrator when someone finds the admincp folder an is attempting to brute force login.

If there are x amount of failed logins to the renamed admincp, the email will be sent to administrator and a easy solution to ban that users ip, an automated ban would be good if someone can do it.

for example 10 failed logins, email sent, 20 failed logins and that ip is automatically banned.

With any ip ban, i would need the option to unban that ip if an error occurs for what ever reason and the wrong person gets banned.

I know there is a hack on the vbulletin forum, very similar to how i want it, so you have a base template to edit, and should be an easy job for a vbulletin expert.
