Project Description:
We would like help set up a test private cloud for us using off the shelf hardware (X64). We are likely to have about 15 - 20 physical servers to start with. We can consider any of the more stable platforms like OpenStack\Open Nebula\Cloudstack etc.The task involves
- Setting up the platform from remote on physical servers,
- Demonstrating / Confirming that the servers scale with addition of hardware and services continue without disruption when physical hardware goes down
- Training our Sysadmin to be able to do regular maintenance of the system, including adding and dropping physical and virtual servers, preferably through a GUI.
- Customization
- Configure a frontend for the enternal employees so they can request for a resource and access it over the internet.
- We only will be able to leverage 2 public IPs for this
