I need to customise my open source xtrafile file uploader script http://xtrafile.com/

1) I need to integrate to it 21 multi Mirrors websites files that I have with me.

Exemple http://www.webmastersmarketplace.com/marketplace/mpl-phpmymirror-web-2-0-file-mirroring-scr-376.php

2) I need when a user upload file, the script must scan the uploaded file with Clamav
and antispam scaner, if it is safe continue, if not direct the user to page " the file is infected "

3) I need to integrate in my xtrafile upload file script some functionalities found on Mega file hosting script demo http://yabsoft.com/mfhs-livedemo.php wich are missing on xtrafile upload file script (I have those open source code files from http://yabsoft.com for you to integrate on xtrafile script).
