Project Description:
We have a CRELoaded Website www.ToyShopLondon.com we are looking to improve the website design and customer experience to make it look more professional and engaging to the customer.1. Redesign the website - I will work with the freelancer to create a design, the freelancer will need to product the graphics (optimised), design CSS, styles and layouts.
2. Redesign the checkout process - The checkout process needs to be improved to make it customer friendly with simply step by step pages
3. Redesign the confirmation email - Redesign the confirmation email sent with the order
4. Shipping confirmation and tracking email - I would like some coding to allow us to generate template emails to the customer with details on how we have shipped the order, and tracking information, we would choose between 5 different shipping solutions from a dropdown list, then enter the tracking information click SEND and a email would be sent to the customer with the necessary information to allow them to track the order. The tracking information and shipper would be added to the order notes for our reference.
IMPORTANT - This is a live website, so ideally I would like the new design to happen on a copy of the site before we make the changes to the live site. Above all needs to be done with SEO practises when applicable, I am engaging a SEO expert at moment as well and they will have an input in the design work as well.
