Project Description:
Preferable those who have done similar jobs regarding Electronic Products and Parts Catalogue Portal and can show us the portfolio of similar works.Attached are the requirements which can give you an idea of my requirements.
I prefer to use well know framework for the development like Drupal etc. But, i am open to suggestions.
In terms of design, i need fast loading pages with fully AJAX enabled portal. Design must be web 2.0 and user friendly in terms of navigation across the site.
If you only do development, mention in the PM. If you only do design, mention this too.
This is on-going work because there are many many more features that need to be added to the portal in phase II.
I need this to be done in 3-4 weeks. If you can deliver bug free solution faster, i will pay bonus as well.
No upfront payments.
Payment Terms:
10% in escrow on approval of design
20% in escrow on beta release.
30% in escrow on actual deployment at server. (I’m expecting this in 3rd week, together with source code and database. Quicker the better)
40% in escrow on completion of bug free project.
I will release all the escrows except last 40% once i receive the code and the mysql database.
Last 40% will be release after testing on our server for 30 days.
