Project Description:

I want an expert to develop a complete website (logo, graphics & Web design) for a web development & graphics company. The website should be in Arabic & English.

The company provides web designs & developments services, logos, corporate identities & other services, the website should be a tool to communicate with the users after creating his account from starting filling his request until the service provided and the user should see a progress tab next to the posted project with some details of the progress. After completing the project, he account should be active for later inquiries by the user.

The website should have a billing system, user managements and a forward system that I can forward the selected project to different employees and see the progress of work. Also in later stage it might I require integrating it to one of online payment systems.

The website should be interactive and dynamic & up to the trend; the developer should use the latest technologies to develop it. More details will be sent to the winner once I check and finalize the technical evaluation for the bidders.

I need to see bidder’s portfolio and previous similar works; only who provides portfolios and prior work will be contacted.
