modify and customize a freelancer script

Project Description:

I am using the OzLancer platform that runs on CodeIgniter http://ozlancer.com/br />

I need to personalize it for my needs. I will need a developer for a couple of months but for now I want to see how capable you are at creating just these modifications for me.

You should be experienced in CodeIgniter.

1: in the Request a Service form it has a when should they start and I want to add a when will it end under it.

2: the website is for 2 users Customers and business but in the business will have (company and sole traders).

3: Add IP catcher in the admin panel.

4: Restrict the service provider to editing or making changes to some features in his account once registered and most
of it once he becomes a verified member.(e.g email, main contact info and company name) this can only be changed by contacting admin.

5: I also am looking to integrate with Google Apps Script services... or another Google framework. GWT, Google App Engine? I need integration with Google Contacts, Calendar, Gmail, etc

6: I will also need a module that allows consumers review and which cart to use to make payment Google Checkout, paypal, worldpay, moneybookers all should be integrated.

7: I would also like to integrate Cometchat or any other chat/video chat software to allow user chat in my website.

8:I will like the look, theme and colors to be changed, I will tell you the colours I need and how it should look. But for the feel I recommend you take a close look at http//oneflare.com.au should have the same features in both the customer and company panel areas.

9: The website will have a home page which I will send you the design I want from there you will be redirected to any of the two sub-domains depending on the services you need...but this will have the same admin. The homepage will look more or less like odesk homepage but not with photos..

10:In the provider area panel I will need to add a few required fields for them to fill and will need to verify some documents which a logo will appear in their profile as verified or unverified.
