Re Theme a WordPress / Directory Press site

Project Description:
I am in need of someone to apply a new theme to our Directory Press blog. We are using Organic Magazine on the parent blog and would like it applied to the directory.The DirectoryPress is in a sub-directory of our main site but running its own installation of WordPress.
The final product should not break any functionality in DirectoryPress. It should look identical to our main sites theme.
I would also like to see if it is possible to use the navigation database from the parent blog on the directory press blog so when an update is made it is applied on both installs.
Budget is $150.
