Project Description:

We need you to program a mailing software according to our assignment.

We need mailing system similar to existing mailing softwares (e.g. mail chimp, aweber, get response...), with the same or similar features.
We also need to add these features:
1. one user should be able to create subusers (employees)
2. it should be possible to rate the answers of the emails, like there will be a link in the bottom of every email saying rate this email or ever email and when clicking there will be a possibility to rate the user and there will be created statistics and graphs from this
3. there should be a timer implemented – when an employee logs in, logs out system will record it and it is going to be possible to use this a measure of working time, with the possibility to leave a note why he is logging out (he may just go to lunch etc)

Additional requirements:
js, cs images and any static contests must be in separate directory
system must have possibility for localization (all words must by in language file)
