Project Description:

I am a U.S. Based Licensed Realtor. I also run my own marketing company. In theses two roles I have many technology providers as well as builders and Real Estate developers who come to me to market their solutions to earn a commission.

I am now marketing Sales Guru's training programs as well.

The problem is that almost all of these companies are techologically challenged and have no idea how to provide bulletproof protection and tracking for any business or leads I may generate and direct to them.

I market via outbound email as well as thru Internet postings. I need a way to positively identify (and preferably capture, without being obnoxious) those people who respond as a direct result of my marketing efforts.

The solution needs ot be easy to implement and must be affordable.

There is a technology on the market called Agent Shield that can provide some of this functionality but it is only for Realtors and Builders and it is somewhat one dimensional.
