Hi Freelancers,I need a function allowing sending and receiving text messages (from my application to mobile phones, mobile phones to my application) in bulk, mainly we need a solution for each application user to receive SMS messages from any mobile cell phone to my application geographically located in russia. Hi, I have a Computer Engineering degree from Carnegie Mellon with 15 years experience. From 2000-2006 I worked at a company called Air2Web in Atlanta. We developed mobile web sites and apps, and in every case we sent and received SMS messages. That was 90% of the company's work and I was the lead architect for the development group.
So, I could do this fairly easily. The only wrinkle is that Russian carriers might be more difficult to deal with than Verizon, Sprint, etc.. That's why I bid a little more money in time than I might have for US carriers. But I'm sure I could get it done. I've done the same for probably 20 apps, at least one of which (UPS) sent to Korea, China, and carriers all over the place. less
