Drupal 7 multilingual website: setup, content editing and minor fixes

We have installed a drupal 7 multilingual website, with a custom theme bought from template monster: www.prismatone.com/cmsdev1
The theme come with a "lorem ipsum" documents and structure, which is similar to what we needed (original theme install visible at http://www.prismatones.com/cms )

We need to:

- update from Drupal 7.10 to latest release
- fix a problem with superfish update from 7.x-1.8-alpha5 to 7.x-1.8 (see http://www.prismatone.com/cmsdev same theme broken after the superfish update).
- css editing (change colors according to company logos), edit the ccs for printing, minor look & feel fixes
- content editing (approx 20 documents in 2 languages, with photos and logos)
- review menu structure to better reflect the content (basically rearrange menus)
- add an "editor" account with appropriate right to add/edit/delete content
- fix minor issues in drupal log (404 and similar)
- install and complete SEO checklist module
- install on production server (godaddy.com virtual host)
- setup cron and scheduled backups (mail and local)
