I'm experienced with both SMF and vBulletin (http://forum.prismgaming.co.uk/ is my most recent vBulletin work), along with PHPBB and e107's forum plugin. I can easily do this conversion for you within the given time period and at a cheaper cost than others. Please don't confuse the cheap price with poor quality, I guarantee you my work is only the best out there.
I know I'm new here and that's a huge turn-off for employers, hence why I'm charging an even lower price than my already low standard. I'm worth every penny, and if you choose to accept me for this project I promise you won't be disappointed. less
