Project Description:

Want a website similar to http://www.realself.com/ . You can decide on the design and tell me on what kind of software(drupal /joomla/other?). I have strong feeling that Drupal would be good. I may be wrong. The site preferably should show Modern Indian appearance. Please discuss what software you are going to use and why do you think it will be useful for me. my site will be hosted on bluehost.com. The whole content/internal links has to be copied but the text should be partially blackened out from viewers in the new site (so as to avoid copy right / legal problems). All the images should be similarly copied but have to be partially masked.
The site has solution seekers and solution providers. The names of both these categories have to be replaced with "Sample" or something similar. This is going to be country specific site (India) but can add other countries in future. All the sample users must be given an avatar (blank will do) and an indian city as their place. Big cities for doctors and small/big cities for patients. The idea is to encourage new users.The site should not attract negative ranking for being a 'copy cat' site from net traffic monitoring sites/trustworthiness calculating sites.

You can suggest more ideas for improvements and ways for me increase business development for me. Like I can charge the doctors who register etc.... I would like to have advertisers too.
I want to provide a site similar to http://www.realself.com/ for Indian population. You cannot give your links on my site.The site has to be scalable, elastic, and secure infrastructure, a software platform that is open, mobile, and flexible,and able to add new features: not those just on http://www.realself.com/.
I will be producing a newsmagazine from the site and I would like one button publishing possible from the site.

I strongly prefer freelancers from India. This is going to be a low budget project. Pls quote conservatively
