I am looking for a highly professional and reliable Google Adsense website creator that is able to create an Adsense site and get approved a new adsense account by using the site.


YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL THE FOLLOWING ISSUES:

1. The site have to generate at least $7 - $10 USD per day.

2. I will apply for an adsense account after the website is live but you are responsible for to get approved by adsense. You have to use adsense friendly content.

3. You have to show me the proof once the work has done that it really makes at least $7 daily for 30 days. If you are not capable to deliver such task you don't have to bid.

4. You will be responsible for writing the SEO optimized content, fully configuring and updating the website.

5. Provide overview plan before starting the project

6. Contain unique content with unique posts/articles.

7. Must start with 12 articles or blog on topic and then one article/post every week until it can generate targeted constant income.


8. content must be original (tested using premium copyscape) and SEO optimized with keywords used frequently.

9. All kinds of SEO Marketing as required.

10. Must generate $7- $10 USD per day.

11. Cannot involve anything related to adult, Pharmacy, violence, gambling, wars or anything that is not acceptable to the Adsense TOS. Again, site MUST ADHERE TO ADSENSE TOS 100% ( Very Important! ).

12. Website must be Wordpress based with CMS incorporated (No Template).
13. Any niche, or micro-niche, will be considered EXCEPT adult, pharmacology, violence, gambling, and similar. These WILL NOT be acceptable sites.
14. MUST ADHERE TO ADSENSE Terms of Service 100%
15. WHITE-HAT STRATEGIES ONLY!!!
16. All copyrights will be assigned to me in writing.

17. Must contain royalty-free related images to relevant topics

18. Design must be neat and optimized to attract people to click on the ads.

19. Unique organic traffic (no bots or traffic buy sites).

20. Must Be Adsense optimized. can add other Adsense alternatives.

21. Must have Google Analytics plugin installed and linked to the same Google account as adsense.

22. Must communicate the progress in e-mail



The bidder should consider the following points too:

** Tell me step by step how you direct and increase traffic to the website.

** Show me some of your previous website/blogs that you already created.


IMPORTANT : Traffic and ad clicks must be 100% within Adsense TERMS OF SERVICE. We cannot risk our Adsense account. TRAFFIC AND CLICKS MUST BE WHITE-HAT ONLY!

- I will provide the hosting cpanel info.

- I will buy the domain as you suggested based on your own keyword research. (Must be .com, .net or .org).

- No partial payments - sorry! I will pay the amount of bid(payment) only AFTER we see constant income in my Adsense account. We will hold the payment for 20 days until this has been confirmed. When requirements have been met successfully, you will be paid in full.
