I need a PDF printer driver like Cute PDF. An extra tab is needed for PDF overlay / stamping settings.I want the source code in Delhpi (good clean code)
No external library (like Ghostscript)
Royalty free distribution of the driver (no GNU licenses used)

Only developers having relevant experience including showcase and references.
