Project 4710517 has been deleted

The programmer seem very serious that he will be able to finish the project at first. But after a month there is no progress at all and later complain that it required too much work to do. Please do not 100% believe his ability. I am not going to hire him anymore.

Poor communication, 3 weeks delay - and still no working version, empty promises which proved to be worth nothing, and on top of everything - I don't think he has done any work on the project... unfortunately, not trust worthy.
