I need an InfoGraphic for an Article I am writing, I need an overview graphic of the world map to outline the top countries in gaming

The Article showcase the top 5 highest earning countries in eSports (Video Game Competitions)

I am showing 5 Countries
1. China
2. America
3. South Korea
4. Sweden
5. Canada

Content - Would like a small Flag of the country next to each countries name

Header - "The Highest Earning eSports Countries by Prize Money Won" (placed at bottom or top doesn't need to be prominent, your choice.)

Bottom description - "All figures by USD and up till end of 2016" (small writing bottom left)
