We are a water and energy conservation company, and we'd like to have an animated homepage banner picture that captures our audience from the get-go. We are thinking of a lightbulb laying horizontally with moving water inside, with our logo (it's round) moving inside the lightbulb with the water, like in a wave motion. Would like to have the cityscape as the background for the lightbulb, but don't want the entire cityscape inside the lightbulb. We really like the idea of the attached lightbulb with the globe and cityscape in the background. We don't want this picture to look cartoon-y. We want it to look like a real lightbulb, a real cityscape, and real water moving inside the lightbulb with our logo. We need the water and logo to actually be animated and moving inside the lightbulb, so not just a stationary image with water that looks like it's moving. We need it to actually be moving, like a GIF (no idea what the technical term would be).
I've included our .png logo. We'd like just the round part of the logo inside the lightbulb, if possible
