Original Post:
I need a creative and professional brochure made to sell my services to local school districts in the state of Washington. EDIT: I will be sending this out in an email so email friendly is best.

I mainly offer screen and re-coating of hardwood gym floors; otherwise known as a yearly maintenance coat. I am looking for a brochure that has a few pictures and colorful areas with text describing what I offer. I will be sending these out to multiple school districts throughout the state of Washington.

I want to include the following things.

1. My contact info

2. My services
We mainly provide yearly maintenance coats of hardwood gym floors
We are able to coordinate and provide the full sanding and refinishing of gym floors including game lines and
logos.

3. Products
We offer oil-based and water-based finish systems.
Water-based systems allow for work to be done during the school year as they can be playable in as little as 24 hours.

I am looking for the colors to be more natural medium to dark tones. Nothing bright or overly flashy please.
Please include some of the images I have uploaded as well as my company logo.
