Need a caricature/cartoon podcast logo design. Will be two separate people holding magnifying glasses, ideally designed so that it looks like their eyes are actually enlarged.

The file attached below shows an example of what I mean. Again, we'd need that done with two headshots of two separate people we will be providing. Bonus if the person offers full podcast logo design and can add the finishing touches w/ text in addition to the cartoons.
