iv. Description of Business Residential real-estate investment business targeting home owners who are willing to sell their house, townhome or condo at a discount in return for a fast, easy, cash transaction.

Retail Real-Estate Model Traditional residential real-estate sales process for the seller includes signing a listing agreement, preparing the house to show, possibly repairing or renovating the house to obtain market price, staging and continuous cleaning during time on the market, listing, open houses, contract negotiation, inspection and repairs and potentially contract revision, closing and paying 6% commission.

ii. Logo should be simple
iii. Logo must be balanced, equal in graphics, colors and size on both sides
iv. Logo must be clearly visible at all sizes, both small and large
v. Logo must look good in black, white, grayscale and two-color.
vi. Logo must have NO “bright” or fluorescent colors.
vii. Logo font must be legible when scaled down
viii. Logo must be one font only; no script fonts or “most” common fonts (ie.. Comic Sans)
ix. Logo must be recognizable from any angle
x. Logo can include symbols: dollar ($), number (4), key (house), Georgia (peach or map)
