I need an excel spread sheet that can automatically tell me what vans checks have been completed and if they have been completed in a time frame of greater than 10 mins.
Needs to be able to automatically be updated once I drop in the new weeks excel file into the folder.
After the contest is awarded, the file needs to be able to automatically email sites asking why weekly vans checks were not completed or why weekly van checks not completed in a timeframe of greater than 10 mins. Emails address and email template will be given after contest is awarded.
The main file "Weekly van checks"
The data files "Weekly van checks VIC" and "Weekly van checks TAS"
If the van name is in the list of one of those data files then the weekly check has been completed. Check box column in main file "Weekly van check" file should have a green ticket.
If the van name is NOT in the data file list then the weekly van check has not been completed. Check box column in main file "weekkly van check" file should have a red cross.
If the van check was completed in a time frame of greater than 10 mins "time >10min" box column in the main file should have green tick.
If the van check was completed in a time frame of less than 10 mins "time > 10min" box column in the main file should have a red cross.
Main file must have a red theme and must be formatted correctly and professionally.
The file must include dates for up until the beginning of 2024
File must be easy to use. Must be able to easily change van names and add new van names without breaking the file.
Top and side menus should be frozen, so they are still visible when scrolling down and sideways
**The green ticks and red crosses in the two data files "VIC" and 'TAS" are irrelevant. They do not mean anything for the purpose of this contest.
***Any entries that are uploaded with random pictures of excel files not related to this contest will automatically be rejected. Only upload an entry once you have made a suitable entry to submit.
Additional thought after posting the contest. In the time frame box maybe put the actual time in minutes the van check was taken to complete. Then conditional formatting to turn the cell green if greater than 10mins and red if less than 10mins.

Hi. Is it okay if I put the date of delivery in Column B? It will help a lot when it comes to linking files especially if you want to trace the delivery per day. You can unhide it after putting the deliver date in there. It is for the sake of the output that you want to have.
