I would like a sign created at 300dpi and 24x36 in size.
I would like a red banner at the top that reads "STOP AND READ" like the attached example of a red banner.

Besides the red top banner, I'd like to see some creativity of possible watermark graphics on the background, (not under the red banner)
I would like the full PSD file for future editing purposes with no restrictions.
