Looking for a star who can design a my investment proposal. "New Proposal Final" is the only text content for job which is in the Dropbox link.
You have to look at "most recent proposal" and existing images to create a professional job.

I like the most recent proposal but needs to be a little stronger in design and allow potentially more relevant images?
Design isn't to be overpowering but complement existing "New Proposal Final" Word document.

Check index for page numbers to be correct when adding images.
Font and amount of text to images per page is all in the design and up to you.
Look at "Most Recent Proposal" as a starting point with new text of course as before mentioned.
