  you cant get good design in word file.. for nice and professional design you must accept file that made in design software like adobe and coral

  Got it. brochure would be several dozen pages printed on 8 1/2" x 11". Do you want portrait or can be designed landscape style? Also please let me know file format you need. Thanks.

     Portrait design and in Word and PDF format. The brochure would be double sided. Please don't include pictures of other buildings like the versions that have already been submitted. We think that will be confusing to potential purchasers to have stock pictures of unrelated building and pictures of our building(s). Clean, uncluttered design would be preferred.
