You have created a fine design but need some valuable changes to make it look good...always work on simplicity and less content so our information is clear to our audience. play with colors too ...maybe something else could be more interesting....

Things to add: 1) client testimonials 2) the listings with details of sqft,bathrooms, parking's needs to be more large like the contest 10# who had done it... 3) you have done twice of newsletter 4) What's the purpose of spotlight projects instead do something else for it 5) instead of top companies you can change it to listed companies

Remove the below: 1) what's the purpose for site visit is there is any then let us know otherwise remove it. 2) You can remove open house 3) Newly listed properties 4) Get best property on top right 5) sell more homes .... redesign it with the changes
