Bottom Line: We need a great postcard that people won't ignore!
We have customers who use very old versions of our software. Now we have an online version of the software, but there is a group of people who are reluctant to upgrade, or who have outdated email contact info and need to know the upgrade is required to comply with current laws and regulations.

The post card needs to be in the same theme as our site and product and only wording from the site can be used, noting can be improvised unless there is one call to action or headline.
This needs to invite them to upgrade by themselves, or to call us. We offer full service on-boarding for free to the upgrade customers, so we will import their old data for them, and teach them how to use the new software ($50 value).
The post card should have space we can merge in names and addresses, and put postage.
The size will be 1/2 (half) of an 8 1/2" x 11" card. So the top and bottom would each be a double sided post card and they would get cut down the middle to make 2.

The most important part of this is that when the card arrives in the customer's mail, what they see compels them to upgrade.
