Hello,
I want to create a creatve roadmap for a learning program I am creating. This is to be included in a proposal for corporate client (consulting company) so it has to be professional and creative at the same time. I want to be able to explain n a one page document the 12-18 learning journey months. I will need 5 documents (the one page with the entire journey and the four modules slighly zoomed in representing each module.
I downloaded you three documents.
The roadmap in itself that I deisgned myself You have all the elemnets that need to be included. (=Roadmpa document) --> Key document to reprduce in a creative way.
A draft roadmap that the client prepared to give you ideas about the colour to use and the kind of desing (Client draft), of course that one does not integrate all the information as in my roadmap.
A thid roadmap from another clent that is more creative and can give you ideas to integrate and to present the journey. (Inspiration other road map)
I have not decided yet if it is better to represent the different steps just by logo or to write the name of the steps (ex: coaching session, training camp...). I let you propose ideas.
Just to help you to read my road map. The page is divided in four lines representing the modules (Module 1 - Build Foundations . Module 2 - Lead Self - Module 3 - Lead High Performing Teams - Module 4 Lead complex operations and transformations.
There are 4 columns (Indiviual - represent all the individual actions that the partcipants will complete, collective (collective learning) and Transfer Knwoledge (Coordination meeting with the client to share insight and support him in creating 'Deep Dive session' - internal meeting with the clients and the participants.
The building block at the bottom of the page is called 'XXX Professional' - this is the competencies to be acquired.
the journey start with the Assessment, then you can follow the road.
