Dear Freelancers
I am looking for an open minded web designer with excellent Divi 3 theme problem solving experience and who at the same time has a native eye & skill for creating beautiful and elegant custom websites in Divi.
Me and my team will work together in the long term with the chosen freelancer. He/she also has to believe in my company values: excellence, integrity, kindness and practicality.
We are doing a rebranding for our old site so the first test job includes the following:

-change our old existing WP theme to Divi 3 theme
-export the already designed Divi 3 pages (about 13) from a different WP installation and import it to the original main WP installation where the Divi 3 theme will be activated
-finetune and adjust design elements, like: button, space alignment, headers, mobile responsive adjustments, etc.
-link some buttons and menu items with the Thrive Leads plugin to trigger lead capturing popovers
-making sure that the blog page looking good and if needed move some blog post to the right category
-finalizing Divi 3 theme setup settings (if needed)
The whole migration and update process of our existing site can last max 48 hours. That means that the “Under Update” site lockdown (with a plugin) can last max 48 hours. At the end of that the new site has to go live. This requires focused and constant communication, preferably via video chat.
Attached sending a few of our new page designs for better understanding our new brand image.

Requirements:
-excellent visual design, aesthetic & creative skills
-excellent HTML, CSS, JS coding skills (Divi 3 skills)
-excellent UX skills
-Photoshop, Illustrator skills
-attention and high perception to details
-constant and reliable communication via text, voice & video chat
-independent attitude, feedback and new ideas on how could we improve the design and functionality our website
-able to create a new page designs based on the pre-written text content given, in a way to be congruent with our brand
-open mindedness and solution focused mindset (not on problems)
-an ability to work to deadlines
