竞赛简介
This is a general recruit ad for Administrative Assistants. You can undertake as many projects you feel you can complete in a days work. You will have the ability to choose daily from: secretary, typists, data entry clerks, word processoring projects.
This will be an ongoing position for the successful candidate.
Your responsibilities:
- Data analysis/entry into Excel, Word or other programs
- newsletter management (mail chimp)
- Research using the Internet or other information databases
- Outbound calling/emails to clients, vendors or others
- Email management
- Other miscellaneous tasks that can be performed online
- Must be flexible with time
Your qualifications:
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant preferred
- Strong understanding of Internet and online communication tools
- Ability to multitask and take on multiple projects
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communications skills and attention to detail a must
This is a part-time full-time job, depending on your availability, hours are flexible from 10 to 40 hours per week. Payment is discussed via communication after application process.
