I need a logo and visual identity for a private consulting company

竞赛简介

For a few years a have been running a side project that I now decided to invest more effort behind. "It Can Happen" is a private consulting company focused on helping companies with their brand strategy and people/leadership development. Boutique business consulting. My background is from leading marketing and Sales positions in companies like Red Bull and L'Oréal and my clients are large Swedish and International companies. Now I need to create a logotype and a visual identity that I can implement on a new website, sales materials and in my PPT and Keynote presentations. I want a consistent, professional look throughout all materials I will use in the future. My core values as consultant are: Business oriented, Creative, Strategic, Disruptive and Transformative. I used a online tool to create something that is close to what I am after.; A Pelican logo in gold with the tagline. However I want something more unique and "ownable." And the logotype etc needs to be consistent from logo to visual identity. Why the Pelican to start with? It is a symbol of sacrifice. It is my belief that to become a great Leader you need to sacrifice parts of your ego. To have a great Brand you need to focus and sacrifice being everything to everyone. A great Strategy sacrifices some initiatives to succeed with the most important ones etc. So there is a story with the Pelican. But I'd like to make the Pelican more personal and memorable. One idea is to add a "pirate" eye patch to reflect my rebel / disruptive side. I have also attached some typical images that I uses in my Workshop presentations so you get a feel for what I use and what I like. Requested delivery is:

1) Logo (in different versions, standard, vector, b/w, online)
2) Typefonts to be used in logo and below + basic graphic design manual
3) Windows Powerpoint & Word and Mac OS Keynote basic templates
4) Business Card Template
5) Creative direction for images used in presentations (not the actual images) .
