You need to improve and vectorise this design and supply an eps file.
We can't change it too much as they have already got it on their uniforms but it needs to look more professional. We need to keep the wagtail bird quite similar and in black & white. Keep the 4 colours on the cross but probably use a better Christian cross and position the bird better.

Thank you everyone! Can you see the other entries? I like the cross on #9 best but the horizontal bar should be a bit higher on a Christian cross. The bird doesn't look like a wagtail though. #3 is a good wagtail - this size or a bit bigger. The tail should be up. If the feet pointed up a bit more it could stand on the green part very near the join.
